Brightleaf Contract support provides our customers maximum uptime, zero hassle and the greatest peace of mind. This turnkey service option covers all that is required to keep your equipment in optimum working condition and quickly correct any unexpected equipment failures.

    • Preventative Maintenance - Routine PM’s to keep your equipment in the best operating condition possible.
    • Parts - Our project managers work closely with our service engineers and tech support to ensure our certified parts are overnighted to your sight.
    • Labor - A nationwide network of highly qualified field engineers and technical support specialist standby to assist.
    • Travel & Expenses - All travel related expenses are included with our contract support.
    • Billing - Contract support is billed annually or monthly depending on the equipment covered and the term of the contract

Time and Materials
 
If you do not have an existing Parts or Service Agreement with Brightleaf Imaging you can still take advantage of our experienced Service Engineers and extensive parts supply. Our Time and Materials service option allows us to respond to your needs fast and keep you focused on patient care. 

    What you can expect:
    • Parts - Pre-tested quality parts may be purchased and sent overnight to your facility on an as needed basis. 
    • Labor - A nationwide network of highly qualified field service engineers and technical support personnel are on standby to assist at a competitive hourly rate.
    • Billing - There are no contracts with our Time and Materials Service Program. Our support is here when you need it, simply pay as you go.
